Terms of Service
Draft template
1. The service
Propviz provides disclosure-controlled, aggregated research on the Singapore private residential market — heatmaps, project analytics, screeners and contextual layers. It is a research tool, not a valuation, brokerage or financial-advisory service.
2. Not financial advice
All outputs are aggregate, scenario-based estimates for information only. Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, an offer, or a recommendation to transact. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should seek qualified professional advice. See our methodology and disclosures.
3. Accounts and subscriptions
Access has Free and paid Pro tiers. Accounts are authenticated through our identity provider; you are responsible for keeping your credentials and second factor secure. Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor; billing changes are managed through the customer portal.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access raw transaction records or non-aggregated data.
- Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute the analytics beyond your own use.
- Do not attempt to circumvent access tiers, suppression thresholds or rate limits.
5. Data and intellectual property
Underlying data originates from third-party sources (including URA, HDB, data.gov.sg and OneMap) and remains subject to those sources’ licences and terms. The synthesised analytics and the application are provided for your permitted use only.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Aggregation and suppression may omit or approximate information.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may be updated; material changes will be notified. Questions: the contact channel to be confirmed before launch.
Placeholder for legal review. Company details, governing law, dispute resolution, refund policy and contact address must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before publication.
